HOW WE STARTED?
Restaurant owner Wanda Koch opened Wicked Glen Restaurant in Gowanda, NY April of 2000.
GoWanda Brewing at The Wicked Glen Restaurant is well known for its cleanliness and fantastic food and is a great gathering place for families and businesspeople. Our benevolent condition is perfect for unique events, facilitating a business lunch, or assembling for a flavorful dinner with loved ones.
Open day by day for lunch and dinner, Wicked Glen offers a choice of American Cuisine utilizing the freshest ingredients, top picks certified Angus beef, fish fry, and a variety of various dishes for dine-in or take-out.

MEET OUR BREWER:
MIKE VANWEY
Mike was born and raised in Gowanda and is a retired correctional officer.
After a trip to Germany where he had a Dunkel brewed by Monks that he absolutely loved inspired him learn how to brew himself.
Mike started brewing at home in his garage with a kit his wife bought him. After many a trial and error, he started sharing his brews with some fellow beer lovers including his cousin Wanda who happened to own a local tavern and loves a good beer as well. There were a couple conversations over a few beers of course and here we are.
Mike likes to research and brew all types of styles of beers and hopes to bring new and creative beers to Gowanda.
Currently he brews on Mondays and Fridays.
